Itchy Skin Remedies for Dogs?

My Cairn Terrier has problems with being itchy - sits on her bottom & goes around in circles & rubs back & forth on her stomach. I have tried Skin-Eze & its not working. What should I give her or put on her that might help. She's restless in her crate at night too, which she has never been before. I imagine its allergies - I'm giving her a good dogfood, Wellness Healthy Weight. Probably allergy to grass, some kind of weed maybe.

Anyway, sure need help with this. Anyone have suggestions, please?
