@HonestLife  This happened a bit prior to  July 4: The bicentennial parade of wagons across America came through our town on its way to Valley Forge. We have film of it!  There was a Scout Jamboree and reenactors encamped everywhere on the hills of VF as far as you could see. DH had collected cattle horns from the local butcher shop, boiled them out, and provided both groups with lots of "powder horns."  We went to Valley Forge for the fireworks. I think that may have been on the 3rd. It was quite a time to remember our nation's history.

Am glade that I was alive to celebrate our country's Bicentennial. 

Hopefully, our country will beable to celebrate a Tercentennial .
