Last week we had temps at 100 degrees all week long.  Woke up today to rain.  Glad to see it as we need it.  Lawns are brown from the water shortage. 

Is it raining where you are if you live in California? 

I'm a few miles from Disneyland.

I live inbetween San Francisco and Sacramento and no rain here.  But much cooler than last week for which I am grateful.  I live near some of the fires in Northern California and know the firefighters are very grateful for the cooler weather.

Yup .... pouring rain in Studio City, CA .... this is the first time in my kitty's life that he's seen rain!   LOL

I'm here in Palm Springs area...cooler morning but no rain yet.  So hopeful the areas with raging fires get some rain today.

Pouring in West LA and Santa Monica.  Streets and freeways flooded.

Hoping it helps with air quality and putting those fires out once and for all.

I'm praying for you to get more of it......especially on those awful areas where there are the devastating fires.  I understand El Nino will bring much of it to CA this winter.  It's sunny and beautiful here in NE Ohio......go figure!

California needs the rain, but it seems it is  either feast or famine. Droughts or floods.... Be careful what you wish for seems to be the norm lately with the weather in the country.
