She has water for them, and feeds them quality snacks, not junk like corn. 

Her love and generousity with these beauties is why they visit her all the time.

SHE IS ONE OF THE VERY BEST MOMMAs they could ever wish for.

You'll start to look for her posts all the time, these pics from MamaWick will delight you as they do most of the rest of us.

Boy, are they so precious, just having a very leisure day.  It's very tough on some animals without access to water or shade. 

Today is the first day in a few months that it's in low 70s.  For once, it's a functional day to go outside & enjoy ourselves.  Tomorrow low 70s also.  Our kind of weather.

@MamaWick   Thank you for my deer fix.  So peaceful and beautiful.  Your neighborhood sounds fantastic with the no hunt rule.  I wish this was true all over. Hope Miss Cricket is enjoying the view of her kingdom from air conditioned comfort.  Woofs.

@MoonieBaby   Thank you for giving me the background.  I did not all that about feeding but I did know that the deer love her because they are in her backyard and feel safe.  I think it is beautiful that wild animals have that trust in her.  It's a beautiful relationship and I wish @MamaWick  all the best love in the world.  Kindness is what we need in this world of ours, especially now.

I'm in Texas and the heat is just stifling!!! 🥵  I think about all the poor animals in the wild without access to water and no sight of rain either....😥

Is all of Texas that hot?  Someone told me in the Texas Hill Country, it's a bit cooler.  Where is it on the map?

I am in Texas Hill Country and we might be 1-2 degrees cooler than San Antonio or Austin meaning we could be 101 while they are 103. 🥵
