Ok. Look closely, they are predicting it to make landfall at 160mph/cat 5. As of right now it's still cat 4 at 155mph. Cat 5 starts at 157mph.

Wolf is hyping it up. Listen when he says it again. I see how you got that impression, though.

As Stephanie Abrams said 2 days ago, what category it is or ends up being when it lands on US soil is unimportant.  It's going to be bad no matter where it hits and it's going to cover a lot of populated land.

Now that's when it really dangerous.  It will be the water more then the wind that does the damage.   It will just crawl forward, dumping rain. All that water soaked soil that is Florida will just flood...no place for the water to go.  I had hoped it would have more forward motion.

They are waiting for the 11 pm update because it's reorganizing and just keeps getting a bigger eye and widening.
