In reference to the comment about "no Donald" in the boy's name, it is because he is being raised in the Jewish faith and it is tradition to name children after deceased relatives, not living. This is done to keep the memories alive and to honor them.

Donald, Jr. has 5 children -- and the oldest son is named Donald III.

Also, Donald Trump's son, Donald Jr., has five children. One of his sons is Donald John Trump III. I don't think Eric is married, and Tiffany is still in college. His other son Barron is 9. Apparently they are all very close, which is wonderful. This little one will have a lot of family babysitters!
