It's Been Over a Month......

and I am still cigarette free! I admit that I've had a couple of slips along the way, but to tell you the honest truth, they tasted so gross and nasty, that I couldn't finish them. Another positive that I like is that I don't miss them. I sure did in the begining, but now, days can go by and I don't even think about cigarettes.

I hope that everybody else is doing well on their own journey to quit smoking.

Now, if I can just loose this weight! *lol*

Was Yuban, then changed to Plaid Pants due to forum upgrade, and apparently, I'm back to being Yuban.
