It's 75 here in PA. What a lovely day.  Not too hot or too cold.....it's perfect.

Cold weather will be here before we know it....winter is so cold, dark and long.

The warm weather is saving people money on heating bills which will be super high.  I am loving it.

I was trying to figure out what that noise was I was hearing in the background when I was cleaning, when I suddenly realized my air conditioning had kicked in!!  

Oh, that's unfortunate because this morning it was actually colder in my house than it was outside because the temperature got down to 62 last night, and the high is supposed to be 80 today.

Bring It  !!!     77 today and i'm loving it! we haven't even had a frost yet.  just beautiful.  we had such a miserable HHH summer.

i harvested parsley and herbs from my garden today. yesterday i dug up the last of the beets. they were sprouting greens again.

but the temps are dropping like a rock now...wind from the NNW...

Love the warm weather but unfortunately it won't last.  This past weekend, we went to the beach.  It was lovely and not too crowded.   Now if only the sun would stay out unti 8:30-9:00, I would be totally pleased.  

This darkness so early makes me want to crawl into bed and go to sleep.

It hit 80 here on Long Island yesterday.  I still have my central air on.  So done with this heat!

Luckily, it cooled down significantly overnight.  It's 49 degrees as I type this early in the AM.  I could feel the difference in the house when I woke up.

Many of the weather people around here were raving about the weather, talking about how we need to get out and enjoy this "gift."  Honestly, I prefer to leave the heat for late spring and summer.  Once October hits, I enjoy the cooler temps and low humidity.  It was odd at school yesterday where half of the kids were wearing shorts and t-shirts and the teachers were wearing sandals and flip flops.  Something didn't look quite right with all of the beautifully colored leaves and trees swirling in the background and the kids running around in shorts.  lol

It was 70 degrees at 12 Noon Thursday 11/10. By 3:30 that afternoon, it was 23 degrees with windchill near 0 degrees. We'll send it east.

It was 82 in the beginning of this week.  And humid on top of that.

All of you on the east coast.....hang on!  It's snowing in NW Ohio and headed your way.  It was 63 deg here yesterday.  Mother Nature is having a hissy fit!!

We did have a beautiful fall and a nice Indian summer that lasted a couple of weeks.

68 degrees here in baltimore today 11/12.....and humid.

come on fall, come back to us! i think tomorrow the bottom all falls out and we drop at least 20 degrees. our high tomorrow is supposed to be 48 degrees.
