It's 12 midnight and I need help figuring out what the heck my dog is doing

She is stretching out her front paws and sticking her rear in the air, panting and she's acting like she's a nervous wreck (which is what I am).

I don't know what is wrong or what to try to do to figure out what is wrong...I've had her outside a zillion times and walked her around the yard but nothing happened.

I tried playing with her thinking she has a gas bubble but she acts like she wants to play but doesn't.

Please help...I don't know what to do.
