Re: It is supposed to be 93°F today

I'm in Ohio. It's supposed to be 50 here today and then snow tomorrow and then close to 60 Sunday.

This weather is all over the place.

It's in the mid to high 60s in the Albuquerque area which is unseasonably warm for early March.  I hate for it to get warm so early.

@Spurt    You don't have bluebonnets this early, do you?  I was emailing with an old Texas friend who now lives in Wyoming.  We were recalling a gorgeous business road trip we took in April one year from Midland to Dallas.  I've never seen such beautiful wildflowers.  We agreed it's the only thing we miss.

Well here in South Texas a couple days ago we did spot some bluebonnets that had just sprouted up..... We've had some warm days...near 80 and then several cool fronts came in to lower the temps in the 60's and now in the 70's.....we were worried about the cooler evening temps hurting the wildflowers but apparently they are going to be okay in our area....and a bit of rain helped too...

Now the Hill Country and North Texas they don't get to see the wildfilowers until later since their weather is normally a bit colder ....I know in the Hill Country they dont come up until April....and from what I've read for Dallas the peak season is April too...

: It is supposed to be 93°F today

It's supposed to be 57 today in Santa Fe.  I couldn't bear 94 in March.  I had enough of that growing up in Texas.   One of many reasons we chose SF for retirement life.

@FrostyBabe1. I have been in that area before. Loved going over the Skyway Bridge- it's beautiful.

You can have that bridge all to yourself! I absolutely hate it and despise driving over it. Unfortunately, if I want to go to any hockey games, I have to deal with it, but everything else I do is south of Tampa and I don’t have to deal with it.

Re: It is supposed to be 93°F today

I live in the Ohio Valley region, and our weather has been all over the place. We’ve had a few beautiful days with highs in the 50s & 60s and some dreary cold rain & light snow days. Going to be colder tomorrow with a high of 43 but at least no more rain for a few days.

@FrostyBabe1. I went over it one time when it was quite windy. Not only was that not fun but it was downright scary. Except for that one time, I've loved it. IMO it's also beautiful at night looking at all the lights on the piers. To me it's a fascinating structure and I love looking out over the water (I'm landlocked where I live but I have relatives in Bradenton ) .

That is too hot ,for this time of year.

@goldensrbest..I agree but depending on where one lives it can be perfectly normal, like here in AZ.  It isn't  93 now but if it were it wouldn't surprise any of us.  Woman Surprised
