Re: Issue with not receiving an order

Absurd? Not for me. And I did get my package which was the whole point of the endeavor. Whether or not you want to do that is, of course, your choice. My point is that the vendor had the package delivered and it's the carrier's error.

The vendor bears the responsibility of dealing with the shipper, not the customer.

The only thing the vendor can do since the carrier states the package has been delivered is to file a lost package report and see if they can be reimbursed IF the package was insured.

gazelle77, I wonder how you spoke to the customer support representative. Were you polite and pleasant, or were you like you act here?

nice{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}...... we mirror those we see fault with... think about it Sunala and THINK before you hold judgements on others... as they will also judge YOU.

Oh please, you're the one who's always posting that you speak what's on your mind and don't hold back, even if it's negative. That doesn't work in your favor when you're trying to get someone in customer service to do something nice for you. It also doesn't work in your favor anywhere else in life, including message boards.

I don't even know what the heck your reply means.

You could have just asked me how I spoke to the CS person.....not turned the post into bashing me. That was uncalled for. I have nothing against you. It just seemed snarky to say it that way.

gazelle you're right. I apologize.

Re: Issue with not receiving an order

It's a cost of doing business. I wouldn't order online if I was expected to go out hunting for my packages. Kind of defeats the convenience factor of ordering online. That's my take on it.
