That full moon on Christmas should make for some interesting reading here.

Dustin Hoffman, in the great film Tootsie, had the best advice - I strongly urge OP to watch that film. He utters this line (I'm paraphrasing but it's pretty close to the line and may even be exact):
"I'd get a cattle prod and zap him in the bedoobies."

Hello, MillionDollarGranny and welcome. ![]()
Now, I'm really no expert on this kind of thing, really. Men sometimes have funny ways of showing affection. Sometimes they'll smack their wife on the bottom, kiss her feet or hug her real tight. I doubt he's trying to be mean, just REALLY affectionate. Take it as a compliment that he still finds you to be a hottie after all these years. ![]()
You posted that you had fibro? If he's grabbing you too tightly, just tell him something like, "Careful there, big guy. Not as young as I used to be." Be sure to giggle, smile, pinch his cheeks, gently poke his nose or kiss his forehead. This way, you can get your message across in a way he'll understand, but he won't feel rejected.
And maybe do the same thing back to him. Like, when he walks in the room, try saying something like, "Whoo. Is it hot in here or is it just you?"
Like I posted, I'm no expert in these things. Perhaps someone might have even better advice. Hope things work out well for you and your hubby. ![]()
