This is physical abuse, plain and simple. Don't put up with it! You could attribute it to the Cialis, to passive/aggressive behavior, or what have you, but those are excuses. In the end, if he doesn't stop, tell him "I'm calling the cops. This is spousal abuse."
And mean it.

Since it's a new poster, it's probably a gag.

Besides, there are other medications that the doctor can prescribe for an enlarged prostate.
I should know, my dad had an enlarged prostate, and his doctor never, ever prescribed him Cialis, or any other of those kinds of drugs.

There is nothing affectionate about what he does. It's abuse disguised as affection. It's disrespectful to treat you like a possession to do with as he wishes.

This is just my opinion: The "affectionate" things he is doing cause you pain, and when you are taking something out of the oven, downright dangerous. Anything you don't like or causes discomfort is abuse. I would put a stop to it immediately, before it gets worse. I admit I am not the most unbiased person when it comes to this because my ex-husband was a violent, abusive man. If you think it is related to his new medication, go with him to the doctor and discuss it, maybe a decrease in dosage or a different medication could be used.
