It has a beak like an ibis. Maybe it's a crested ibis.

 

 

ETA- The OP bird has red eyes, too. Plus the zig-zag feather pattern along the sides. On most other birds that feather line is somewhat straight. @rockygems123

It looks kind of like a Kingfisher to me.

@Kachina624 Wrong shaped beak. This is a bird that feeds nectar and that needs to go to some depth inside the flowers. It could also use its beak for probing in deep sand, like the Ibis, but it's legs are short for a wading bird.

@Mindy D   or as I said the parts of th3 bird could be the result of artistic license.  A curv3d beak is attractive and interesting.
