I don't think that it's any higher than what you see across the country. I believe because they are public figures it's just more visible.

 

I look around in my immediate department that I work in which we have 11 people. 5 of us our divorced including myself. 

 

 I believe that when most couples get married that they are in it for the long run. Circumstances, happen.  Life does not always work out the way we envision.

Yes Mark Harmon is married to Pam Dawber.  And yes in my opinion she is a very lucky lady.
