If you click on a Forum on the left, the page will have a red box at the top that says "New Message."

Danielle46,

When I read your question about starting a new topic I looked up above and there was a tab to click on to start one. It's above on the right side.  

However, when I was in the area where the topics are listed, (not here where the comments are) I could not find the "Start a New Topic" tab.  It makes no sense to have to come into a Topic/Thread in order to start a new Topic.

Maybe I just missed it, so if anyone else finds the tab elsewhere, please let us know.

This was my first post of the day about this site. 

My activity is now found by clicking your name at the top right. That said, it doesn't seem to list much, only your original posts and not all of those. You won't find there any links to comments you made.

This is a major fail in my opinion.

This is the worst thing about this awful new format.  I need to see all My Activity! That's how I navigate and know where I posted.

Then the fact that they seemed to have carried over nothing newer than April. How stupid is that?  What happened to the last 2 month with all the active new topics?

In Books we had a Book Club that started fresh every month.  May and June are nowhere to be found.  Someone mentioned they saw April floating around somewhere but I haven't seen it.

I so agree!  Major, major fail.  

It only shows posts that we started.  I rarely start posts.  "My Activity" was the the first place I always went so I could check for new activity on threads I had replied to.  I can't believe they got rid of it.  Either that, or I just can't find it.

We need some guidance and answers to basic questions.  Otherwise, people are going to leave for more user-friendly forums.  What a shame.

In the Search box you can type your nickname and it will bring up the posts you've participated in.

Yes, I liked that "My Activity" feature, too.

What this proves is that "new and improved" often isn't.

I tried this, but only a couple of my posts showed up. The remainder I never saw, let alone posted in.
