Is my email address hacked????

I received an email from a company that my order is shipped that i had placed a day before. the email contained the tracking number. Well I tracked it and eveything was fine. Later in the evening I thought of checking the progress of the package and I was shocked that the email had disappeared. I checked the trash but I had not deleted and also all the other folders but it is nowhere to be found.
