Is it ever all finished at the same time?

I am a list keeper, and I never have clean dishes, laundry, house, washed car, filled Rx and stocked groceries, all chores done at once. Is it even possible? I thought my full time job got in the way, but now I have nothing but time, and I'm still running around like crazy

I have no idea how women with children, full time jobs, clean houses, "happy" husbands and no extra help do that. Is it magic?
