Is it advisable to re-register when I cannot see replies, cannot answer only start short threads like this?

The only way I can see a reply is by clicking your name and seeing your activity but only part of it, not the whole reply. This has been going on about a week now. Frustrating as can be. Also I have no clue how to re-register with having an account already with them. One CS Rep advised not to, but how do get back to it being like it was for me??????????
