Is instant Polaroid film no more?

I have my dads one step Polaroid instant camera (you know where you take a pic and it comes right out) and my granddaughter is really interested in it (because she is into retro cameras even though she has a digital). The problem is, I cant find the film except on ebay where there are bidding wars and high prices. The film is going for more than the old cameras...lol...

Is instant film no more?

PS) Then I thought HSN had a camera like this but updated to take instant pics (Saw it one day when I was flipping channels), but I cant find it on their website now. So if anyone knows about that too could you please tell me?
