So, I just ended up using the Q's app to order my item but any tech savvy person here with any idea why I couldn't go thru the web site to order?

my iOS was up to date and I have been able to order when there were free ship days. I've always used safari so...🤷🏻‍♀️

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. I did restart my iPad as well. That's how I always order.   Thank you in advance!
