I was able to get free shipping online. I don't have the app. Free shipping can bog the system down. My advice is to keep trying.

I tried in the app and it's working there for me but I haven't ordered there. Hoping it'll work on dot com for me soon 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never use the app. It took 3 tries using a tablet & Crome to place my order, the Q website is really slow tonight...hope you have success ordering @cactusjack

No problem with Safari unless you haven't updated your iOS lately.

Mine says it's up to date so...so weird! This hasn't happened before
