I'm caffeine-free. I never drank coffee. I don't drink any caffeinated drinks.

I, too, am caffeine free. I never drank coffee, but used to drink soda with caffeine. I had to stop all caffeine due to GERD and I am so much better that I was able to get off all medication, which was, also, causing severe problems.

I have been caffeine free, or close to it for 23 years due to some serious side effects from it. I can drink decaf tea and other decaf beverages and can eat chocolate too. I live near Seattle so there are coffee stores on every corner. I still love the smell and would love to drink it again but won't.

I stopped drinking coffee 14 months ago and haven't missed it one bit. It had become a bad habit. Once in a great while, in a social setting, I'll still have a cup. But never at home or at work. And I've never liked soda. But I do like chocolate!

I'm so glad you mentioned GERD. I've never been diagnosed with it, but I was experiencing near-constant heartburn last year and never thought of the caffeine! I rarely have heartburn anymore, so it must have been a big factor. Duh...
I drink Rooibos tea exclusively. I would post the link for those of you looking for an excellent, organic, naturally uncaffeinated tea, but I know the board moderators would remove my post.
This is it - I buy it from Amazon.

I drink instant coffee in my chocolate almond breeze that I heat up just in the morning. The rest of the day till bed I am caffeine free.
I drink chamomile tea hot and cold that I brew up enough for two days at a time and sweeten it with stevia. This is what I drink now instead of diet pop which I quit drinking in 2013.
Diet pop is POISON!

No. Most of mine comes from iced tea, so there's far less than in coffee, cola, or a cup of hot tea. I usually drink one cup of coffee 5 or 6 days a week.
Sometimes I get acid indigestion and reflux based on other things, like stress or a few days or poor eating. If I feel like I'm getting off balance, I give up the coffee for a few days, but I usually don't have a problem with the iced tea. In the summer when it's really hot and my tea consumption goes way up, I alternate my black iced tea with an herbal blend with no tea or caffeine.

I can't think of any reason to be caffeine-free. I've gone without for over a year before and it made no difference.
I don't drink a lot of caffeinated beverages and that may be why. I have a mug of coffee in the morning and that is usually it. Occasionally, I'll have tea in the afternoon. Both have plenty of health benefits.
It isn't a problem for me and I'm not dependent on it - I do have days without any at all.

Mostly. I have a cup or two of green tea with our family breakfast every Sunday, and that's pretty much it. I don't drink coffee or any kind of soda (don't like carbonated drinks). I drink water.
