@BirkiLady , Thanks for trying to reach someone at the source.

 A bit off topic. 

We ordered two orders from Rastelli over a week ago. My son received his but for some reason ours hasn't shipped yet.( same item number) . mr henny has tried on several occasions to track so called CS. Was told no one could help him.  NUTS!
