Is anyone familiar with Baltimore Inner Harbor?

I have the opportunity to take a day trip to Baltimore Inner Harbor. I've never been there, and know just a little bit about it.

What kinds of things are there to do? Is it worth traveling a few hours to spend a few hours there? This would be in the summer.
