I make a list and it's on my counter 24/7.  I'm a very organized shopper, in fact, I map out the stores I'm going to and make a "circle" starting with the farthest to closest.  It works for me🙂.

I do not "linger" in stores I'm in and out.  I have my list ready to go for tomorrow -- if they don't have what I want I'll go to next store.

I can't go to the food store without a list or my budget is completely blown😉.  

I envy my friends who use their phones for lists -  I need to write it down & cross off each item/stop.  In fact, I still use checks but not at foodstore -- I can feel the 🙄 from the person behind me! lol
