I've returend at least 3-4 items and that was last month about 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see my account credited.  I've called customer service numerous times and they said the warehouse is behind with checking in the returns.  What's going on with QVC?  It's not like they are Amazon.  It's almost like the quality of the company has gone down hill since they purchased HSN.  Something is not right.  It's like they can't keep up with all the channels they are on.  I want my money back!

I am so glad I came across your post.   It has been a busy month.    I forgot I had

returned a bedspread ,  and went to my orders to see if I had been credited.

It had only showed as received by them,   but no credit back to my account.

I messaged CS.   asked if a Credit had been issued,   she said no.   But

would  put it in and it would take approximately 10  days.

Yikes.      Thank you !

I have no problem.  If there ever is an issue, I check my tracking and then call CS and they process the refund after checking the tracking.  Just as a side note, QVC did not purchase HSN.

Oh, jeez, ladies, don't tell me this!  I just returned a bracelet set UPS (on my dime) that didn't fit.  Is this going to be a long, drawn-out process that requires constant monitoring??  I haven't returned anything in years, and I don't remember it being this big a deal!  I bought a different bracelet that I'm sure will be better--too bad I couldn't do an exchange.

I returned a Christmas tree in July and it has not been credited.  I was just lying awake worrying about it last night.   I was thinking maybe I should call my credit card company and have them dispute the charge if it doesn’t credit this week.

Re: Is anyone else having problems with getting their returns credited???????

My last return took a little over three weeks from the time I dropped it off at the post office to the time the return was processed by QVC. The worst part of the return process for me was the excessive amount of time my returned package just sat at the local post office, it stayed there for exactly two weeks to the day before it started its journey back to QVC. I can overlook the traveling and processing time, but waiting two weeks for it to even leave the local post office is just ridiculous.

That is what I've been waiting on also, is an exchange.  It's been delivered back to the warehouse as of 10 days ago, but no one seems to know a dog gone thing.  If and when I shop with QVC, I'll never do an exchange again.  That's for sure.  I'll just send the item back, get a refund and if it's something I feel I can't live without, I'll order it again .....but never will I do an exchange.  QVC never used to be like this.....not this bad, at least as far as getting your money credited back  to your account.

Re: Is anyone else having problems with getting their returns credited???????

Do the following, call customer service (once you reach a CS you DO NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR!) The CS can process your return immediately.  QVC's excuse for their "delay" is going on 9 months now. UNACCEPTABLE.  While your return sits in the return department, QVC, YOU are losing money because interest is being added to your credit card, while QVC has your return money. BAD BAD business practice and should have been rectified immediately, but it hasn't.  Has soon as I deliver a return to the post office with qvc return label, the post office scans it and gives me a receipt, the next day or second day after I mailed it back I call customer service and they can process your return immediately. Ridiculous to wait.  If CS says thay haven't received it yet, don't believe then they can tell from their computer, if using their return label, that you dropped it off at the post office and give you a credit immeidately. EVERYONE SHOULD BE DOING THIS.

Re: Is anyone else having problems with getting their returns credited???????

I usually pay my own postage as I use a priority box from the post office.  It still takes at least a month to show a return.  This has been going on forever.  I am a Q shopper from day one but their return process is horrendous.  When I return anything to HSN I see it credited on my order status within a week!  No excuse for a multi million dollar company to operate so poorly.  It seems they could care less as this problem has never been resolved.
