You mean when I breathe out I am getting rid of fat?...I will have to spend more time and concentration on that outward breath.

Beats me!  I know that sweat, and it's evaporation, is the human body's method of cooling. If you're talking energy burned(calories)?  I do know that the sweat created by exercising has a long acting effect of using more of the energy(calories) burned than sitting in a hot room doing nothing but sitting.

Hundreds, if not more, studies have been done to prove this as factual. Heck, I've lost as much as 10 lbs. refereeing 2-3 hockey games. But, we both know that most of that weight lost was fluid. However!  The carryover of energy burning keeps that bodily engine burning more fuel for many hours after.

Not sure you wanted to read about all this, but hey, that's me.

=^..^=

@dex

It’s a pinch more scientific than that but fatty chains need to be

broken down, then they will be exhaled via carbon dioxide.

And it doesn’t take a lot of movement to begin that breaking down

process.  Here’s a good article to explain:

@sidsmom @That is extremely interesting.I just quickly read it but I need to reread to digest it...thanks.Now my next question would be what if I am around too many heavy breathers exhaling their fat molecules?...will I gain their lost weight.LOL

@dex  Truthfully I skimmed her most recent post.

I posted out of curiosity.  Sweating for weight loss never crossed my mind.
