Is QVC phones down ?

I'm trying to call the 1-800-345-1515 # and it says 
"Your call did not go thru".   Is it not possible to call in order here on Xmas Eve ?

@SharkE They closed as of 4 PM today.  They will be back to business as usual December 26th, 8 am.

I thought the automated end of calling in would be open.

It's all done by robot voices. LOL

I thought the automated ordering number was 1-800-345-1212.

 

That seems to be working.
