Is Maks in love?

I've watched Maks since Dancing with the Stars began. He's handsome, a GREAT dancer but I thought he had some attitude. (little patience)

He would stomp his feet when training the star, hit his head, show a bit of a temper.

this year...he's had a total personality change.

He's happy, smiling, teasing, grinning at Kirstie, he seems to love everything she says and does. I find it kinda cute and totally different for Maks.

has anyone else noticed this??
