Is it true that if you have a major craving for sugar (like me) that you will lose it after being off sweets for a couple weeks? I know all the health gurus say that you will, but they may just be saying that. Also, how about if you use artificial sweetener instead of natural sugar. Will you still lose that sweet craving? I mentioned in another thread that my medical clinic is starting a free weight loss support group today (with medical supervision) for anyone who has more than 10 pounds to lose. I have 20 pounds to lose so I'm going, because I have a major sweet tooth and know that that is my downfall. Also, I am very lazy since I retired. ~~ Tabby
