Let's say you have a bad cold or the flu, are you a better employee if you go to work sick or if you stay home 1-2 days to get over it and prevent spreading it to your coworkers?
One of my former coworkers, our company was closed due to the economy, always claimed she was a better employee than I was because she always went to work sick and I stayed home (if I was sick enough, not just for a sniffle or anything) to get over it and prevent giving it to others.
What is your opinion?
