Is CAFFEINE FREE diet Mountain Dew available where you live?

For years I have wondered why they don't make (or at least I thought) caffeine free diet mountain dew. I couldn't understand why Pepsi makes caffeine free diet in other flavors but not mountain dew.

While on vacation the last two weeks in TN I was shopping at Kroger, and was so surprised (and very pleased) to find caffeine free diet mountain dew! I have NEVER seen it or heard of it.

If it is available in TN, why isn't it available everywhere, like here in Western NY? I bought two 12 packs to bring home, but I really wish I could find it somewhere around here.
