I don't think the dad is blindly following in Victoria's path. He definitely has something up his sleeve and I think he knows Emily/Amanda is his daughter and that's why he didn't kill her. I believe he's deliberately acting dumb.

It's getting interesting for me again, just to see where it goes. The last two seasons were a total flop.

As to "soap opera," it's always been a nighttime soap right from the beginning.

I agree, her father seems to be plotting on his own. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Who's the new redhead? She got Victoria out of the mental institution and now she's after her son.

I agree, it is starting to interest me again!!!I also really like HTGAWM....It is very interesting to me and I enjoy all the little sub plots each week!!!!!It's done very different from anything I watch and I love Viola Davis!

The over the top antics are what keeps me watching.

I liked this show best the first season or two when she was getting all those people individually who wronged her. It was great then LOL!

But she ran out of people....or got revenge too fast....the show has to evolve a little....how about the table gets flipped on her now and she is the one who everyone seeks revenge with.....works for me. :-)
