The demonstration with Carolyn this afternoon, they showed all four place settings and pointed out the differences.

Thanks!

I couldn't tell, they were stacked up and it wasn't mentioned in the video I saw.

Thanks.... I am happy to read that they kept the same designs. It's what makes setting a table so pretty. I guess I went a bit overboard and bought the tablecloth, napkins and place mats. Come to think of it I have the spoon rest and tea pot too..{#emotions_dlg.blushing}Smile

Re: Is Anyone Interested In The Lenox TSV?

if anyone is interested in a smaller set.....18 pieces, Set includes

  • Six (6) dinner plates each 10 inches in diameter
  • Six (6) salad plates each 9 inches in diameter
  • Six (6) mugs each 12-ounces in capacity

overstock has it for $117 and free shipping. this set would be good if you dont want some of the "extras" in the TSV and want it for 6 people versus 4 people.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, this is the original pattern:

Lenox Butterfly Meadow 24-pc. Porcelain Dinnerware Set

Noel, are the flowers the same on all the dinner plates? Because the older design each plate was slightly different and one or two flowers were predominant in the design. The cups also vary in design.

Hi SR Smile

My impression was that each plate had a different scene. I'll have to go look to make sure...

Thanks Noel. I just hope that they hold up as well as the older version did.Smile

Re: Is Anyone Interested In The Lenox TSV?

SR, I tracked it down for you.

If you link to the TSV, the latest video is a long one, but at 14 minutes, Pat moves to a table to show the plates all on display with the different patterns.

Just fast forward to the 14 minute mark and it comes up in a couple of seconds.

Re: Is Anyone Interested In The Lenox TSV?

It's very pretty. I think the Portmeirion Botanic flatware (Amazon) would be a beautiful match for this dinnerware. It's from England. I own the ice tea spoons and the quality is top notch. I use Fiesta for every day, and vintage pyrex dinnerware occasionally for a change. Enjoy your new dinnerware.
