For the last 2 weeks or so I have had the weirdest, most bizarre, WTH dreams.
I have insomnia and don't sleep much but when I do I dream like crazy. I've dreamed 2x I was back working at the place I couldn't wait to leave. If they called and offered me a million bucks a year to just answer phones I'd laugh and hang up. That place was hell on Earth.
I dreamed I was in a strange house and a 5yr. kid was singing commercial jingles non-stop at the top of their lungs. In the dream I was screaming for them to stop singing and just shut up.
I don't drink , don't eat late. Sometimes I take 1 Melotinin but not every night.
I guess it's maybe it's being cooped up. I don't feel overly stressed or nervous.

I thought so, but then I realized that it's just real life nowadays.

No weirder than usual, for me.
I always have weird dreams but now I cannot seem to remember them and I HATE that! I always went through them and analyzed them. Now, even if I try as soon as I wake up, nothing. I just remember how I feel and that's it.
But at least I'm not having nightmares hardly ever anymore. Took nearly 65 years to get there!

@CrazyKittyLvr2 that's the problem, you have to start drinking. lol
Actually I read an article not too long ago about people having strange dreams and remembering their dreams more during the pandemic. I don't remember the details, but google the topic if you are interested. You aren't alone, it is happening to a lot of people.

YES! They're not nightmares, just weird. Of course I usually don't remember them, but if I get interrupted by a kitty or two jumping on me or licking me and sort of wake up, I always want to get back to them, and I can't.
Our kitties think life is normal, so they wake us up around 6. I'm a late night person anyway, and I've been sleeping in a bit, past 7:30 or 8, when I previously got up. DH is sleeping a littel later. He usually gets up around 5:30 or so! By the time I get up they've been up, had breakfast, played with DH, and are ready for a nap beside me. They always look annoyed when I disturb them! ![]()

@CrazyKittyLvr2 I've always had strange dreams, just like @QueenDanceALot . In fact, on a rare occasion, I realize that I'm dreaming and I can manipulate the dream. Wild! The thing is, I can usually decipher the meaning of my dreams. They reflect my concerns and emotions at any given time.
