Is Anybody Having Problems With the Sign In Page?

Pages are loading quickly on the Q's web page, but when you get to the sign in page and sign on, it's taking forever to load. Even using another browser it just hangs and doesn't load at all until like 20 min. later. Otherwise their page is fast as lightening. I noticed ever since they loaded that forum cover page, this has been happening.
