Interview outfit help

I wasn't sure where to post this question, but since I read this board regularly, I tried it here. I have an interview tomorrow in an office setting. I have the outfit picked out already, charcoal skirt and purple button up shirt. Is it appropriate to not wear hose or do I need to wear them?I would normally be wearing sandals to my current job, but will wear ballet flats for tomorrow. So, pantyhose or am I OK without?

I have not interviewed somewhere new in a new field for a long time, so I am nervous and want to make a good first impression.
