You can dangle the free shipping and promises but.....................

I just don't want to chance it...sure if it's not a Christmas present and I know UPS is working a full day on the 24th...but, it's just not worth the aggravation of hoping that it will arrive. The problem I'm having is an order I placed a week ago and it's not even shipped yet! I guess it's Plan B if it doesn't arrive by next Friday.....and just try to call to find out the status, all I hear is "we're busy"...DUH!!!!!
