Re: Interesting product Southern Channel CloseDrier™ Portable Garment Drying Unit

@Mary Bailey  Well, it turned out to be a piece of junk.  We tried it with four cotton dress shirts.  The directions for the "ClosedDrier" said high heat for 30-50 minutes.  After 45 mins., they were only moderately dry on one side, still nearly as damp as they were coming out of the washer.  They still need pressing (LOL, who am I kidding - DH sprays some Downy Wrinkle Release on them and says "good enough").  The CloseDrier is on its way back to HSN.  I called CS about it being defective and she noted my account so I wouldn't be charged for the return shipping.  Apparently a lot of people must have had a bad experience with it for the item and reviews to be gone altogether.  I doubt it was sold out.  Even so, I've seen other products with decent reviews to remain on the website.  Live and learn.  The idea was good but that's about it.  I'm disappointed but life goes on.

@JeanLouiseFinch

The more pieces you put in it the longer it will take to dry. I put 1-2 pieces in at a time most of the time, depending on fabric.

@JeanLouiseFinch  Thank you for the review.  I'm sorry it didn't work out.  HSN is really great & quick with refunds.
