Interesting Fact, Regarding "House Hunters"

I was looking them up on the internet (Wikipedia) and was surprised to learn that,while they are filming the tours of the 3 homes, they have already purchased the home that they choose in the end...

That way, they are assured that there will be a "sale" for the end of the show.

So,it is a little phony...all of the....ooooooing...and....aaahhhing...they have already made up their minds and own the home
