I appreciate the comments. I feel, however, that some here have the opinion that I am the problem and I am doing all these things wrong to create the problem. I don't get that???? When I place my orders, I give very clear instructions -- in fact -- I think I go above and beyond. Also, when an order is good, I always make sure to give appropriate consideration and tips.

I did look on BBB and saw a lot of complaints and a lot similar to mine. I also saw where people had gotten the same "form" letter. I imagine there are issues with all of these companies.

I have tried to be as precise at what I want as I can be. I can't hold their hand any further. It's their job to do the shopping they have been assigned to do, not mine! They are getting paid to do it --I'm not. We pay extra for this service -- it's not free. We do expect to get some value for what we pay for. I know we have to expect mistakes and I do expect that, but you can only take so much.

I have used them for years and only recently started having a lot of issues. Otherwise, I wouldn't have kept using them all this time !!! So nice of you to just decide that the problem is just with me and not with them!! Furthermore, I have not made that many complaints at all --- in fact, very few. And they were justified!!! And I don't need you to tell me when it's time for me to do my own shopping. When I started this topic, I only wanted to know if others had experienced similar issues and I really didn't want or need to get this type of reply. Thank you any way and have a nice day!!!

Thank you for your kind reply --- I appreciate it! I have done most of the things you have listed. And I show appreciation when a shopper has done a good job. I always give as much direction as I possibly can concerning my orders also.

Thanks for your post! I figured this type of delivery would be best and easiest, especially in winter as it is hard for DH and I to get out in the winter months. I am going to lay low for a bit and just try to be calm and see how it goes. I was just blindsided by this as I knew I had not abused their system.

Thank you for your kind reply! If I had been a nasty or inconsiderate shopper or filed a lot of complaints, I would understand receiving the e-mail, but I know I am not guilty of what they had said. However, it is, what it is. There is not much around me, so I am going to just stay put for now and see what happens. I have had time to reflect and calm down.

I feel it's a shame that because people abuse certain things, the rest of us get penalized for it! I'm going to just lay low for now and see how it goes!
