Insomnia and working FT

Anyone dealing with this? I'm exhausted. If you live like this, please give me advise on how to deal with it. I do have Ambien, but I don't like to rely on it and if I do take it I don't "sleep it off" so to speak and it makes my days worse. Thanks everyone!Smile
