Thats interesting. I watched the video was wondering how much additional weight this system adds.

No, the system in mine, which was really simple, did not add any significant weight. It was just a larger suitcase, maybe a 26 in. or more, and it got too heavy when full. With the 24 in. case I use now, I can't really fill it to much more than 50 lbs. I do have to be careful what I buy or I could go over on my return.
