That's a more narrow statement than your earlier one. Better to have said that...we all hurt, we all grieve...we all die.

In more ways than not, we are NOT all the same.

milkbunny -- Thanks for the reminder that grief and tragedy don't play favorites. Yes, I'm glad she has a loving, supportive husband by her side.

She is grieving and her husband is consoling her.

We all grieve - but we don't all have our pictures taken for the world to see - so no, we are not all the same.

Re: In the end, no matter how rich, how famous, we are all the same.

I don't think the photos should be plastered all over the net, its a private moment.

I read the text and that made me cry. I feel bad for her and anyone that loses someone so close. Saying prayers for the family

Just reading it made me feel how I felt when my mom and dad died.

My mom fell over @ 51 with a heart attack so bad she was coughing up blood. I was young and we were very close and I was devastated and it affected my whole life after that.

My dad died 3&1/2 yrs ago. My dad was here longer than my mom and he too got me through my 1st divorce like Nicole said, and stood by me through everything in my life before and after my mom died. When he died I felt like I died.

So I feel bad for her and her family.
