In looking at a NY map, where were the twin towers located?

I don't find it on the map I have, but I really would like to know. Is there anyone who can help. I believe it was in Manhattan, but I don't know where. Thanks.

Manhattan -- next to the water. Perhaps someone can help you more specifically. Google should give you an answer.

I worked in one of the towers and also lived in that area. It is Downtown in the Wall Street Area, a few blocks away by Century 21 on Chambers St.) If you take the subway, take the Number R train to Fulton St. just ask any cop or store owner and they will point you in the right direction.

Lower Manhatten, just east of West St. Google Maps will take you right there and you can make the map bigger (or smaller) by using the + or - key in the bottom right corner.

Look over by the statue of liberty (on the map). It's that end of Manhattan.

Here is a link to an aerial photo of the area before the tragedy.
