Maybe this will help some of the reluctant mask-deniers:

WEAR A MASK SO THAT YOU WILL BE ALIVE AND ABLE TO VOTE ON NOVEMBER 3.

Our state had mandatory masks as of last Friday and still there were people out without them!

I have been in and out of specialist physicians the past month and a half for shingles. 4 offices, dermatologist, and eye doctors, none of the receptionists had on masks. It is alarming to me how non-chalant some are about masks. I am in NY and wearing a mask is mandated.

For the first time there was a greeter/enforcer at our grocery store not affiliated with walmart/sam's club or costco.  This new employee was not shy and bellowed out to people "you can't come in without a mask,"  some were offended but that is his job now.  Businesses who allow unmasked people to come in will be fined and then closed if the problem persists.  Three different governing agencies are making the rounds plus are taking complaints from the public who the offenders are.

The masks didn't work then just as they don't now.  Read the box.

Universal Masking in Hospitals in the Covid-19 Era

“We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection.

Americans need to wake up. This is all a plan to force us to give up our freedoms. This mask thing is nonsense. I will not wear one on the street. Inside a store fine, although I still see it as a violation of my freedoms. My body, my choice. And please don't preach about protecting others. Many of you are duped into giving up your rights.

Wake up people!

@Blahblahvampemer  The mask I use now is the Oura air mask and you can purchase it with an N95 filter that goes inside a pouch.

Other types of masks help too but percentages drop according to the experts who also say that no mask has the worst percentage in keeping you safe.

Protecting the eyes too with safety glasses, face shield and probably just wearing your own glasses or sunglasses.  I do sanitize my glasses when I return home by washing with soap and water.

ITA. My parents are elderly. They have gone to the same church for years, have tithed that 10 percent, have been very active. My parents are elderly, dad in his 80s, mom in her 70s. They stayed home, watching the services online at first, then a few weeks ago, my dad wanted to go to chuch. He wore his mask, but he said a lot of the people were not. He hasn't been back and says he isn't going because with his health issues, he doesn't feel its safe.

It really gets my goat that some of the ones who put themselves on a pedestal for being in church every time the door is open, are now refusing to wear masks.

In my opinion, that refusal of wearing a mask says a heck of a lot more about them, than the fact they are in church every time th door is open.

It's hypocrisy, one reason I no longer belong to a church. You are correct, it does say a heck of a lot more about them.

Churches should be requiring masks. And distancing, not chanting or singing.

I'm completely awake, and not into conspiracy theories.

Enjoy your freedom to care only about yourself, and to possibly transmit a potentially deadly virus. That's the American way after all. Rah rah.
