I use life extension zinc lozenges with the citrus orange flavor. it's zinc oxide and gluconate 18.75 mg.

I bought Chelated 50mg Zinc tablets. This type is said to be more easily absorbed by the body. I purchased it from amazon and it is made in the United States. The ones I bought came in a 3 pack of 100 tabs per bottle.

 

I take 1 each day and have no problems with it. Those with any stomach issues, it is always better to take things with food.

I ordered a Zinc supplement from Amazon  from Puritans Pride called 

*Zinc for Acne*  (that’s just a selling point! lol)

 

Its 100 caps for $4.95 a bottle and each tab also contains Vit C/A/B6.

 

Made in USA.
