I certainly agree with the first two. Didn't see the rest.
In fact, just watched Saturday Night Fever last night for the probably 20th time and loved it just as much if not more. I always find things that I missed. Love the dancing and the music, but this was a serious film in many ways. Travolta's best, IMO.

@LilacTree Saturday Night Fever is a classic. It was really like that back then. You would really like Dirty Dancing if you like SNF. Patrick Swayze was superb in that movie. Don’t watch This is the end. That’s 2 hours of your life you’ll never get back.😳

One of my favorite movies of all time....Lady Sings The Blues, a movie about the legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. It was a sad portrayal of a super talent becoming famous and fighting her demons of addiction. Actually, 3 or so decades were depicted; however, for me, the 1940's was the dominant decade. I was not born yet in the 40's, but I feel a kinship to that era's music. I still think Diana Ross should have won the Oscar for her performance. She was amazing in her acting and singing of Billie's songs. I play the album from the movie often, it's timeless.
