I would put new, double-pane windows, in but right now, my brother is campaigning for me to sell and move with them to Summerlin. I'm on the fence, leaning that way though, and am currently looking at houses there. So, all projects are on hold until I decide what to do.

I would start immediately on updating my kitchen, hire a painter to repaint all the rooms in the house, and turn my basement into additional living space.
